Free Shipping

Shipping to USA is free if meet the minimum order amount of $500. Unlike others who charge the profits on shipping, we provide the lowest price and free UPS or DHL shipping for your business.

For Mexico, the minimum order amount for free shipping is $700. And we provide the UPS or DHL shipping for your business. The custom clearance is not included. Buyers might need to do the custom clearance on their own if the package being checked. If you need door to door full services for your order, the shipping fee is based on weights per order: 0.5-11.5kg is $80 USD, 12-21kg is $120 USD, 21kg to 50kg is $150 USD. The fee includes shipping, duty tax, and shipping insurance. So customers no need to do the custom clearance, the package will deliver to your door directly. And the shipment will take 10-12 working days after the tracking updated. 

For worldwide, we also provide the free shipping as well. The minimum order amount is $500-$700. And we do provide the door to door full service shipping for all countries if you need it. 

If you have your own shipping carrier in China, we can deliver your packages to your agency and we will deduct the shipping cost for you.

Processing Time and Shipping Time

After receive your order and payment, we will arrange the shipping for you. If the order doesn’t have the installation like small parts on housings, it will take 2-3 business days to ship out. If your order is having some installation, it will take 2-5 business days depend on the amount pieces. But we will make it as fast as possible. 

After we shipped out, the shipping carriers usually will send us the tracking in 1-2 days. And the shipment will started to move. It will arrive in HK and then deliver to you in 3-7 days. For Mexico door to door service, it will take 10-12 days. 

Duty Tax and Shipping Insurance

If the shipment is to USA, there will have no duty tax.

For Mexico, sometimes it might be checked if the box is big. In that case, customer might need to pay the duty tax and do the custom clearance themselves. If you use door to door full service, the shipping agency will pay the duty tax and do the custom clearance for you. There is no actions needed for customers who use the door to door full service. 

For worldwide, duty tax might be applied. And customers are responsible for the duty tax if it applied to the shipment. If you do the door to door full service, no action needed. The shipping carrier agency will pay it for you. Please check the custom policy. 

For all of the shipments, if it got lost or damaged during transportation which the tracking is not updating, please contact us. We will ship a new shipment for you without the cost.
